Payment Information

You have five (5) ways to make your payments:

Mail or Coupon

Use the coupon book or statement you receive in the mail and mail payments to the address on the coupon. If you haven't received one, please email info@targetpm.com if you would like to order one.

Online Banking

Make a payment electronically by visiting the following banking website online and type in your association's name: https://propertypay.cit.com/ The management company ID is 5013, you will need your newly assigned account number from portal.targetpm.com. Please visit the portal to register your account as a property owner. If you need assistance, you may also call the main office at 856-988-8000 or email info@targetpm.com.

Resident Portal

Login to the portal at portal.targetpm.com and make a one-time or recurring payment.

Online Bill Pay

Set up recurring payments with your bank using Online Bill Pay. Be sure to include your Association Account Number with your remittance and make sure you direct it to:

Automatic Debit

Contact Target Property Management to set up an automatic debit from your checking account by calling 856-988-8000 or emailing info@targetpm.com.
